LCF is proud to announce the appointment of its first Chief Innovation Officer (CIO), Sylvia Pérez Cash!
Sylvia brings a proven track record of strong leadership in finance, operations, and governance. An experienced nonprofit executive, Sylvia is the dynamic leader our team needs to help drive LCF’s strategic expansion in the coming years.
Reflecting on her role at LCF, Sylvia shares these heartfelt thoughts:

The Latino Community Foundation has been, and will continue to be, transformative for community philanthropy and the philanthropic sector as a whole. I look forward to empowering bold ideas to build and expand LCF’s legacy across the nation with community leaders, funding partners, and the entire LCF team.”
Sylvia comes to LCF from the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR), where she served as the Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer leading fundraising and corporate relations, strategic engagements, finance and operations, and governance. During her tenure, she also served as the Interim Director of Research, Executive Programs, and led the Communications and Human Resource departments.
In her new role, Sylvia will be instrumental in managing our program teams, streamlining our internal processes, and ensuring LCF constantly innovates to meet our mission of unleashing the civic and economic power of Latinos in California and beyond.
