At the Latino Community Foundation (LCF), we are proud to serve as the home of the Latino Giving Circle Network® (LGCN)—the largest network of Latino philanthropists in the country. The leaders who make up this powerful movement are united by a shared vision: empowering Latino communities through collective giving.
This year, the members of the LGCN have come together to name immigrants’ rights and advocacy as a collective funding priority.
The urgency of this commitment has only deepened in the wake of recent events in Los Angeles. The violence we are witnessing is part of a broader pattern of intimidation targeting our most vulnerable neighbors. Our communities are not backing down—and LGCN members are responding with action, directing resources to those leading on the ground.
As part of this shared commitment, the Latino Giving Circle Network will:
- Increase support for immigrant communities through our grantmaking.
- Strengthen partnerships with grassroots, immigrant-led nonprofits.
- Raise visibility of LGCN as a national model for justice-driven philanthropy.
Across the Network, members are pledging their collective resources to support grassroots, immigrant-led organizations on the frontlines. These leaders strongly believe in LCF’s core value of trust—that those closest to the issues are best equipped to drive lasting solutions. Their collective action reflects the deep values, lived experiences, and urgent concerns of the Network.
LCF is inspired by the leadership and unity of this network. The LGCN continues to be a beacon of what’s possible when everyday people come together to drive change from the ground up. This is the heart of collective giving—and it’s how we build a more just and equitable future.
We invite you to stand with them.
