Carolina is a Fresno native with a dedication to unity and building solidarity across different racial and ethnic groups.
In her new role as Philanthropy Fellow, she will be working with the leadership of the Central Valley Latino Giving Circle and LCF staff to ensure the successful growth of the Giving Circle.
She currently works as a Public Relations Coordinator at California State University, Fresno where she monitors impact, engagement reach, and traffic metrics within social media while strengthening relations with Fresno community partners.
Carolina holds a Bachelor’s in Communications from California State University, Fullerton. She is also a California Arts Scholar Alum from California Institute of the Arts with a concentration in Music. Growing up in Fresno, she has learned firsthand the importance of strengthening the Latino community in the Central Valley and is eager to be joining the LCF team. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, dancing, watching sketch comedy, and singing along to musicals.
