The LCF Sacramento Summit has become one of the most sought after events in Sacramento and has brought more than 1,000 Latino leaders and 250 Latino nonprofit organizations to our state’s capitol, many for the first time. In 2016, Summit keynotes came from two powerful Latino leaders in California’s legislature, Senate Pro Tempore Kevin de Leon and Assembly Speaker Anthony Rendon. Following the 2016 Summit, LCF organized 55 Legislative Visits for more than 200 Latino Policy Summit attendees and speakers – taking the Summit’s conversation and turning them into action.
