Katia Ramos

Katia is a fierce advocate for Latino communities—and cares deeply about their political representation and economic mobility.
As Program Manager, Katia works closely with the Latino Giving Circle Network to support its strategic development and enhancement, focusing on nurturing Latino leadership.
In her prior role with the Foundation, Katia played a key role in the organization’s signature programs and events, operations, and fund development. Before joining LCF, Katia was a Junior Consultant at the La Verne Small Business Development providing expert technical assistance and promoting economic development across the Inland Empire and Los Angeles counties. She also worked with the Executive Office staff for the City of Los Angeles’ Department of Transportation coordinating diverse city projects. Katia is a HOPE Latinas College Leadership Program Alumni and a recipient of the Creating a Path to Success scholarship by the California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce.
Katia earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of La Verne. In her free time, Katia likes to travel, explore new coffee shops, and snowboard when the conditions are right.
