Yo Voy A Votar ¿Y Tú?

Four years ago this week, we launched the Yo Voy A Votar ¿Y Tú? Campaign. In less than eight weeks, the Latino Community Foundation worked with our community partners to reach 8 million Latinos in 2016. Together, we registered nearly 7,000 voters. 

In 2020, the stakes are even higher. Latinos make up the largest racial/ethnic voting bloc in the nation and California. As a pandemic, its economic fallout, and now over 300 fires rage in our state and devastate our communities, voting our values and convictions matter more than ever.

From choosing the next President of the U.S. and electing our state congressional leaders to deciding the outcome on key state Propositions, the Latino vote will make the difference. And…it will be young people who lead the way. One in 10 U.S. voters are between 18-23 years old. Of those voters, 21% are Latino.

This is why we are honored to re-launch our Yo Voy A Votar ¿Y Tú? Campaign! 

Over these next 70 days, LCF will work alongside our trusted grassroot Latino-led organizations to mobilize our community to the polls and our mailboxes. Take a look at who they are:
