LCF launched the first-ever Latino Nonprofit Accelerator in 2017 with a clear vision — get our Latino grassroots leaders the support and resources they need to build an equitable, just California. This groundbreaking program has exceeded our wildest dreams!
Through world-class coaching and hands-on technical support, Accelerator participants have collectively secured over $11M in new funding, launched new websites and fundraising collateral, and gained access to communications coaching and philanthropic mentors. And we do it guided by our culture and with a deep sense of love and admiration!
For the last 7 years, we’ve witnessed our cohort participants cultivate a growing network of confident Latino leaders who are leading the bold solutions California families deserve. Together, we are creating the thriving ecosystem of Latino nonprofits that our nation needs at this moment.
These next 18 months with our new cohort will give us the space to connect directly with these grassroots leaders, hear their dreams for the future, and move resources for their communities. We are so excited to take you on this journey with us!
You can learn more about the magic of our Accelerator by watching our 2023 Demo Day video and reading our latest evaluation report!
