With over 22 years of experience in Nonprofit Accounting, Jean has successfully managed a grants and contracts budget exceeding $5 million. She excels at preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to funders and has ensured accurate accounting records for foundation, county, state, and federal audits.
As the Senior Finance Manager at the Latino Community Foundation, Jean supports accelerated growth by completing the month-end financial close process, preparing monthly financial statements, overseeing the fund administration, assisting with year-end audits, and executing other vital financial responsibilities.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, visiting family and friends, and tending to her vegetable garden. Jean loves helping those around her.
