Chelsea is an advocate for change, and hopes to inspire the next generation to further strive for excellence and justice.

As Grants & Philanthropy Assistant, Chelsea works closely to support the entire LCF team in executing programs and key initiatives that unleash the power of Latinos in California.

Prior to joining LCF, Chelsea worked as the Operations Supervisor through the ASUC Student Union at UC Berkeley where she handled all operational tasks and client needs. She served as Membership Vice President for her women’s organization where her mission was to further advance the diversity and equity of the organization, and to further uplift the spirit and confidence of women around her.

Chelsea is a graduate of UC Berkeley, where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and minored in a Human Rights Interdisciplinary. Hailing from the Central Valley, Chelsea shares a deep passion for her community and holds the spirit and support of her family behind her. In her free time, Chelsea enjoys singing, dancing, and reading books.
