Driven by a deep sense of social justice, Pablo is dedicated to using his entrepreneurial talents, operations management and accounting experience, and problem-solving skills to elevate and support the Latino community.
Pablo has over 10 years of experience managing the operations and finance for companies that predominantly serve Latinos. Most recently, Pablo managed the operations and finances for Harvest Food Distributions, one of the largest independent distributors in the U.S. and prior to that he served the same role for the distribution center of Mi Pueblo, a large Latino grocery chain. Throughout his career, his main goal has been to develop and execute processes that increase efficiency, effectiveness, and a positive culture in the workplace.
Pablo received his Bachelor’s in Agricultural Engineering in Chile and lived in Miami before moving to California. He currently resides in Oakland with his wife and newborn! In his free time, Pablo loves to play and watch soccer, and spend time outdoors with friends and family.
